We want you to love your walk, which is why we offer a 30-day wear test on all shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, even if you have worn them outside.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Shoes
Place your footwear back into the original packaging or a secure shipping box and attach the prepaid return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
